If you would like to use the testing center to make-up a test contact your Instructor and ask these questions:

  • Can I take the test in the testing center?
  • Can I use testing aides (books, notes, calculators, etc.)?
  • Is there a time limit for this test? (30mins, 1hr, etc.)
  • When is the test due?

What do I need to bring to the testing center?

Are Walk-in Appointments or Reschedules allowed?

Walk-in Appointments are not permitted.  All appointments must be scheduled before the close of the business day prior to the date of exam. Once scheduled, appointments can be rescheduled up to one full business day before the testing date.  These testing appointments MUST be scheduled/rescheduled within this timeframe without exception.

If a previously scheduled appointment cannot be rescheduled and the testing candidate doesn’t arrive to the exam at the previously scheduled date and time, the testing candidate forfeits the testing fee and will be recorded as a “no show.” The SCCC Testing Center has no ability to make exceptions or issue exam refunds due to client policy.  To schedule or reschedule an exam, examinees may contact their exam sponsors (eg GED) or Pearson Vue for assistance.

Pearson Vue is consistently modifying test taker identification policy and scheduling methods. For the most current information regarding Pearson Vue policies and methods of scheduling.
