Liz Hill

Liz Hill is a BOC certified athletic trainer and Kansas licensed athletic trainer as well as a certified personal trainer.  She is in her 16th year at Seward County Community College for the academic year of 2023-24.  She has been the instructor for Care & Prevention of Athletic Injuries and Sports Medicine Practicum courses during this time.  She has also instructed Personal Fitness Trainer and Concepts of Health & Wellness.  Liz graduated from the Arizona School of Health Sciences division of A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona with her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training in August 2008.  Her thesis, Significance of Camera Positions When Using the NIH ImageJ Angle Tool in Measuring Shoulder External Rotation Range of Motion, was selected and presented as a poster presentation at the 2009 National Athletic Trainers Association Annual Convention in San Antonio, Texas.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training from Central College in Pella, Iowa.  While at Central College, she participated in track for three years. She is a native of Dyersville, Iowa. She is married to her husband Kelly Hill, an alum of SCCC, and they are the proud parents of daughters, Beckett (8) and Hollin (6).    

Dr. William Bryan

Dr. William Bryan began his post-secondary education at West Texas A&M University where he earned bachelor’s degrees in both Chemistry and Physics. His graduate work includes a master’s in chemistry from West Texas A&M and a PhD in STEM education. 

Dr. Bryan likes watching student faces when they get the “aha” moment in understanding what and why they are learning. Dr. Bryan has traveled to thirty-four US States and has a goal to make it to all fifty.
