Required Application Materials

We cannot begin to review your enrollment process until all the documents listed below are received. These deadlines and requirements pertain to both domestic and international applicants.

Application requirements for admission to the college are the same for all students, regardless of the academic major/area of interest.*

*Students who wish to be considered for direct admission to a program in the areas of Nursing, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Cosmetology, or CDL will also need to complete an additional application and/or interview.

Admissions Checklist

Please log in to your ApplySaints account and complete the TB Questionnaire located under “Supplemental Items and Documents”.

  • Your HS Transcript must come directly from your high school. Any documents submitted by you will be rejected. Your high school may submit your transcript in the following ways:
    • MailAttention: Registrar, PO. Box 1137, Liberal, KS, 67905
    • Electronically: National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, etc.
    • Email: registrar@sccc.edu. Remember, the official transcript MUST come from a high school official.

 

*If the ACT/SAT scores are more than two years old, you will be required to take the free ACCUPLACER Test at the SCCC Testing Center. To schedule a test, click here

  • For more information on how to request your final high school transcript, contact the high school you attended.
  • If no ACT/SAT scores exist, you will be required to take the ACCUPLACER test.

To transfer college credits from any previous institution, you must submit your official transcripts from any previous institution via parchment through your institution’s registrar office or via mail. Please note that transcripts must be official transcripts.

Financial Aid Checklist

  • By completing the FAFSA, students can see if they qualify for work-study, Pell grants, and student loan opportunities.

  • To access the SCCC Scholarship Application, click here.
    • Applications are accepted throughout the year with priority dates being April 1 for Fall Semester and November 1 for Spring Semester.
  • Before you can access the SCCC Scholarship page, you must have your log in information that was provided in your letter of acceptance.

Enrolling in Classes

All Saints Enrollment Days are for incoming students to meet with staff and faculty and is geared to enrolling students in classes for the Fall 2026 semester. Official dates and times will be coming soon.
