GED Preparation

GED classes are designed to help students pass the four subject areas on the GED exam – Reasoning through the language arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

More than just a simple diploma

Additional skills are available to students such as financial and digital literacy, as well as concurrent enrollment in certain skilled technical study programs through the Accelerating Opportunities – Kansas (AO-K) program, at no cost.

Concurrent Options

Students working on their GED may also be eligible to work towards an industry recognized certificate in certain technical programs such as truck driving, welding, CNA, and others, while simultaneously working towards a GED, at no cost.
