Student Support Services (SSS)/TRIO is a federally funded grant program designed to help Seward County Community College students succeed. SSS provides 167 students with services geared towards ensuring that they not only graduate from SCCC but are prepared to continue their education at a four-year institution. The SSS-TRIO staff works in collaboration with other Seward staff, faculty, and administrators to provide a solid foundation of support.

Applicants must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment at SCCC.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or National of the United States or meet the residency requirements for federal student financial assistance (FAFSA).
You must demonstrate academic need AND have at least one of the following apply to you:
1. You are a first-generation college student (neither parent or guardian has a bachelor's degree)
2. You have a demonstrated economic need (as defined by federal guidelines)
3. You have a documented physical or learning disability
