Job Description/Duties:

As an agriculture work study, you will have various duties assisting with the Agriculture Program.  Your duties will include the following:

• Routine husbandry for livestock herds (feeding, cleaning waters, grooming, pen cleaning, manure disposal, maintenance of pasture fences, etc.)
• Routine greenhouse plant upkeep (planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, etc.)
• Set up, take down, assist with events (Farm Education Day, Halloween Pumpkin patch, Ag week events, kidding pens, etc.)
• Assisting instructors with needed office work (creating Word documents and Kahoot’s, filing, cutting papers, etc.)
• Any and all other duties assigned

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with sheep/goat/cattle experience

Daily

• Long pants 
• Closed toed shoes 
• Certain events will require specific attire
