The National Board Exam for Respiratory Therapy graduates is the Therapist Multiple Choice exam.  Graduates can pass this exam at two levels:  As a Certified Respiratory Therapist or as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.  The exam pass rates for the SCCC Respiratory Therapy program are as follows:

Respiratory Therapy graduates data from 2015-2017 demonstrate a Certified Respiratory Therapist exam pass rate of 90% (Outcome threshold 80%).

Respiratory Therapy graduates data from 2015-2017 demonstrate a Registered Respiratory Therapist exam pass rate of 70% (no threshold for this data).

The data from 2015-2017 for student retention demonstrate an average of 89% (Outcome threshold is 70%). The on-time graduate rate from 2015-2017 demonstrate an average of 90% (Outcome threshold is 70%).

Respiratory Therapy graduates data from 2015-2017 demonstrate an average of 100% employer satisfaction (no threshold for this data) and the average job placement rate is 90% (no threshold for this data) by employment in the field, a closely related field, or by continuing their education within one year of graduation.

Respiratory Therapy graduates data from 2015-2017 demonstrate an average of 100% satisfaction (no threshold for this data) of the SCCC Respiratory Therapy program.
