Job Description

Wellness Assistants support the daily operations of a fitness and recreation facility by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting patrons with equipment and facility use. Responsibilities include monitoring activity areas, enforcing facility policies, checking in members, and supporting programs and events. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to promote a positive, inclusive, and wellness-focused atmosphere.

Dress Code

Wellness Assistants should dress in clothes that will allow them to assist members with fitness demonstrations (i.e., how to operate fitness machines). This includes t-shirts, shorts/leggings/joggers, and close-toed shoes. Please refrain from shirts that show your mid-drift, shorts that may expose body parts when bending, and any offensive writing or images.
